Web Designer - Fixed Price Contract
If you think you can do a better job of our current design, send us a brief (1-page) resumé, along with a brief outline or description of how you can improve the design. Design mockups would go a long way. If we like your design, you're a shoe-in.
Be sure to also include at least 4 examples of your previous work and your quote. NOTE: This is a Fixed Price contract for a one-time job. If we like what you do, there may be further work in the pipeline. If not, you will definitely get a recommendation from us.
Specifically, we would expect the following as a minimum to be considered for the position:
  • Minimum 3 years commercial experience in Web & Graphic Design
  • Ability to slice and optimize sliced graphics for the web
  • Good knowledge of HTML and CSS2/3
  • Ability to create CSS-driven layouts with table-less divs - important!
PHP Programmer - Ongoing Employment (Hourly Rate)
We're always on the lookout for good programmers. If you eat, sleep and live to code, we want to hear from you! What we're looking for is someone with:
  • Minimum 4 years commercial experience in PHP5 OOP
  • Ability to handcode standards compliant HTML and CSS2/3
  • Knowledge of OpenSSL, X.509 and PKI
  • Understanding of REST and RESTful web services
  • Demonstrated knowledge of other programming languages (e.g. Ruby, C/C++, .NET, Python) would be a definite advantage
